prior to being sold/shipped but due to the nature of the material may contain
some defects. Please carefully inspect each item prior to use for signs or
wear, damage, or loose strands. Cowpoke Tack uses quality, durable materials
but they will not last forever especially if not properly cared for. Therefore,
Amanda Ebsen and Cowpoke Tack are not responsible to replace or refund damaged,
misused, lost, or worn-out pieces and will not be held responsible for any
damage to property or injury to horse/rider in the event of product failure.
Any equine activity can be potentially dangerous, under Texas law and equine
activity sponsor or professional shall not be liable for any injury to, or the
death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risk of
